The crew was professional and efficient. They maneuvered large furniture expertly with no damage to walls or light fixtures. Though an accident on the road threatened my scheduled service, they made it happen when I explained that I had another service and a furniture delivery scheduled around the junk removal. I was very satisfied. The crew exceeded my expectations. Good value.

These guys are AWESOME! I was in a real bind as I had to get a large 48 inch built in refrigerator taken out of my kitchen. The new fridge had arrived and the delivery service failed at every turn . . I called Junkluggers and they came out the next day and went above and beyond to get this thing out of my house. The guys were so kind and so careful not to damage anything too. They were truly awesome. They also were very affordable with their pricing. It was a big job and they had a great attitude about it and got it done! They will be my first call for anything like this again. If you need anything lugged away . . these guys work HARD and FAST and just a pleasure to work with. HIGHLY recommend!!!

I like that theres an attempt to find the items a new home, and if not then they are attempted to be recycled. I especially like that they arent immediately landfilled. The crew was especially polite and respectful of the house to not damage anything while moving the furniture.

Estate Cleanout in Farmington, MI

We cleaned out the condo of a gentleman who passed away. His wife and only son preceaded him in death. The people that hired us to clean out his belongings were friends. Among all of the items we were removing, we found old photo albums, their wedding album, all sorts of memorabilia from their lives and from his time in the service. He served our country in Korea and was a writer for the Detroit Free Press. We hated to just throw them away.

So, I did some digging and I found his niece and her daughter who live in California. I reached out to them both through Facebook, hoping to hear from at least one of them. I ended up speaking to both of them. They have a pretty small family and being so far away has been difficult and they were definitely interested in the memorabilia. I shipped everything to CA and they are so grateful to have these memories of their beloved Uncle and his family.

Situations like this are rare, but makes me love what we do. Glad to make this connection.
